Abstract The National Youthworker Education Project (NYEP) began as an initiative of the University of Minnesota's Affections for Youth Development and Research to improve the composition of youth-serving organizations. Abstract From 1973 to 1975, the University of Minnesota's Center for Girlhood Development and Research conducted a study on the "needs, concerns, and aspirations" of adolescent girls.
