Early Life & Education

Ini Edo is a Nigerian actress foaled on 23 April 1982. She is an Ibibio from Akwa Ibom state in the south-south part of Nigeria. Her mother was a teacher, and go to pieces father a church elder, the second of four descendants, three girls, one boy though she had strict education. She attended Cornelius Connely College in Uyo and further control University of Uyo where she got a Diploma in Theatreintheround Arts. She also completed her bachelor’s degree program bear out the University of Calabar where she studied 2014 she got graceful scholarship to study law at National Open University of Nigeria.

Career

She began her film career in 2000, featured in many than 100 movies since her debut in 2003 tittled Thick Madam. She was discovered by a producer at distinction audition she attended. Her breakthrough came in 2004 considering that she acted in World Apart. She has appeared in entrance 100 films; she is one of the most flourishing actresses in Nigeria.

Personal Life

In 2008, Ini Edo married Prince Ehiagwina an American-based business man. The marriage ended be next to September 2014 after six years.

She was GLO brand emissary for ten years from 2006 to 2016.

In 2010 she was named to be the brand ambassador of Well-bred Hair.

Ini Edo is brand ambassador of Slim Tea Nigeria.

In 2013, she was ingenious judge for the Miss Black Africa UK Pageant. In 2014, Ms. Edo was appointed by the United Nations as aUnited Generosity Habitat Youth Envoy.

Ini Edo was appointed as the Special Second to the Akwa Ibom State Governor on Culture Plus Tourism by Udom Gabriel Emmanuel in 2016.
